Hi, I’m Elle - and I burned out so thoroughly I could’ve powered the national grid.

I spent years working in healthcare as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, holding other people together while slowly coming undone myself.
No one warned me that the job description for “caring professional” came with a side of chronic exhaustion, significant moral injury and a Google search history that included things like “can I fake my own disappearance and start a goat sanctuary?”

Not Chasing Perfect was born from that breaking point.
I made the changes - I moved into a non-clinical role, went to therapy for two years and lost 35lbs - yet I still felt stuck.

Not the “quit everything and become a digital nomad” kind of stuck (I wish).
The “how do I make it through this Tuesday without crying in a Tesco car park” kind.

So I did what any burnt-out millennial with Wi-Fi would do:
I turned to ChatGPT.

At first, it was just curiosity - but very quickly, I realised I could use it as a life coach in my pocket.
Someone (well… something) to help me navigate big life transitions, rebuild my health and wellbeing and create a more intentional way of living.

Here, I share:

  • Health & wellbeing strategies that work in real life, not just on Pinterest boards.

  • Support for life transitions - whether you’re changing careers, recovering from burnout or just craving a reset.

  • AI-powered tools to help you plan, prioritise and design a life you actually want.

This isn’t about “fixing” you.
It’s about supporting you - especially when you’ve got nothing left in the tank but sarcasm and a snack.

If you’ve ever said, “I can’t keep doing this,” but had to keep doing it anyway - you’re very much in the right place.

Take what you need.
Leave the hustle and the overthinking at the door.
We’re building something better here - one imperfect, AI-assisted step at a time.

Disclaimer:
I’m a former Occupational Therapist and everything I share is based on personal experience and research - not professional clinical advice. If you're struggling with burnout or mental health concerns, please reach out to a qualified health professional for the support you deserve.
